Hi Kimbro

Reading your post I realised that I have had a similar fascination with Indian classical music, always enjoyed it from the outside but never knew much about it. But that was till a couple of years back...

Since then I have been reading a lot about it and now I have started learning it formally as well...

I have also tried to put up a small website on the subject for people like you and me who dont know much about this tradition... It is basically a site on Indian classical music from a student's point of view...

Personally I play the flute so right now the site is more focussed on the bamboo flute but soon I'll be adding a lot more information on other instruments and vocals...

Have a look and see if something appeals to you...
